Join us for a delightful journey back to the 1950s with our Retro Reinvention Cooking Class! Inspired by the charm and flavors of classic dinner parties from yesteryears, we invite you to rediscover iconic dishes such as Beef Stroganoff with a modern twist.
In this class, we’ll explore how to breathe new life into beloved classics, infusing them with contemporary flair and culinary innovation. Imagine savoring Beef Stroganoff served over sumptuous Celeriac “butter noodles,” all crafted to be “whole 30 compliant” through the creative expertise of our seasoned chef, Emily Hahn from Mountain Provisions. And what’s a dinner party without a signature cocktail? Josie will be on hand to craft a sample “tasting” cocktail reminiscent of the same period, perfectly complementing our reinvented classics.
