Please note that orders with more than one item will be subject to a processing period that is based to the item.

Before shipping, we will check the item thoroughly before sending the items. The majority of orders are delivered within 48 hours. Expected delivery time is between 3 and 7 days.

Returns

The inventory is always changing, and is not completely managed by us due to the involvement of multiple parties including the factory and our warehouse. The actual levels of stock can change at any point. Be aware that your order is out of stock when the order is placed.

Our policy runs for a period of 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since the date you purchased your item, we unfortunately can't give you a full refund or exchange.
