The Nature collection is dishwasher safe at 112°F maximum. Remember to open the dishwasher at the end of the cycle. When washing by hand, we recommend that you do not use abrasive sponges.
If small rings appear on the knife blades, they can be easily removed with a soft cloth and/or white vinegar.
For cutlery with light colored handles, avoid prolonged contact with foods that stain (coffee, tea, tomato sauce, etc.).
For cutlery with laminated wood handles, we advise you to regularly care for them with olive or linseed oil to preserve the radiance of the wood. It is also recommended that you do not leave your cutlery soaking in water.

The inventory is always changing, and is not completely managed by us due to the involvement of multiple parties including the factory and our warehouse. The actual levels of stock can change at any point. Be aware that your order is out of stock when the order is placed.
Our policy runs for a period of 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since the date you purchased your item, we unfortunately can't give you a full refund or exchange.
Your item must be in its original packaging and in good condition. It must also not be used. It must also be in its original packaging.
