Please meet Executive Chef Michael Patria from The Montage | Big Sky, bringing his culinary expertise to La Cuisine. We’re privileged to collaborate with this esteemed 5-star restaurant and hotel, presenting you with an exquisite menu.
Chef Michael was recently featured in the Winter 2023 edition of the Big Sky Journal by Carter Walker, “Even though he grew up in Georgia, Patria remembers standing on a stepstool beside his Piedmontese Italian grandmother, rolling gnocchi as a child. But, when he graduated high school, Patria left home for a cattle ranch in Wyoming with the goal of becoming a cowboy. Instead, some years on, he’s become a celebrated chef, having opened restaurants all over the country, including several in California and Hawaii.”
We are thrilled to be sharing Chef Michael’s talents with you.
This evening’s Menu:
- Burrata and Winter Beans Conserva
- House-made Wild Game Bolognese with Grandma Patria’s Gnocchi
- Ending the evening with Chef’s Tiramisu
Suggested Wine Pairings:
*To purchase the wine pairing, please stop by The Wine Gallery. Let them know you are purchasing these wines for a LaCuisine class and receive special pricing. The Wine Gallery is open until 6:00PM, so either pick up earlier in the week or stop by on your way to class — they are literally across the street.
**Please note our class policies at https://lacuisine-bozeman.com/pages/class-policies. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations. Our chefs have worked very hard to prepare for the evening’s event and ingredients are purchased in advance. If you call to let us know about a conflict, La Cuisine may be able to help fill your seats.
