Our warehouse employees will pack every item to our exacting specifications. Your items will undergo an exhaustive inspection and adequately secured before being delivered. Returns
The inventory is always changing, and is not completely managed by us due to the involvement of multiple parties including the factory and our warehouse. The actual levels of stock can change at any point. Be aware that your order is out of stock when the order is placed.
Our policy runs for a period of 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since the date you purchased your item, we unfortunately can't give you a full refund or exchange.
